Jessica Pryde was first introduced into yoga 12 years ago By one of her dearest friends when she lived in Seattle. Since her first hot yoga class she was hooked! Jessica started out with a background in fitness so she really appreciated the physical aspects of the classes. Not to mention that the heat and humidity was so welcomed on those dreary Seattle rainy days.
Moving back to Canada 11 years ago, Jessica found herself practicing more fusion/fitness type yoga classes which ultimately became her focus and her teaching style. She also has experience in teaching prenatal and restorative classes, as well as kids and teen yoga. Jessica has her YTT200 and has been teaching yoga here in Carstairs since 2013. 
Her classes include a lot of movement, strengthening and balancing poses, as well as breath control and even some meditation. 
Jessica starts her classes off with setting the theme and intention, then she works through her awakening series before things really start moving. Every class ends with an aromatherapy treatment and savasana. You can expect to not only get a great workout in, but you will leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. 
All levels of yoga are welcome to Jessica’s classes as she covers mostly beginner poses, however, be prepared to be moving up and down on your mat as you will be working through plenty of sun salutations.

Drop in fee: $12 for 1hr classes
Come to 4 classes in a row (both days a week for 2 weeks) and get the 5th class free!
